Thanks SO much for doing this blog! I just w...Hi! Thanks SO much for doing this blog! I just wanted to let you know that it really is helping people and reassuring you and us that we are not alone. My daughter was born with only one clubfoot, her right one. She is now 10 months old and just has had a tenotomy. We thought the casting had corrected it enough to avoid the tenotomy, but she was growing very slowly for some reason, and at the point she finally hit a growth spurt, it was then realized she needed the tenotomy. I am thankful I had a doctor who was trying to avoid surgery and hopeful it would work without it, but sad that she had to have it done at an older age when she is now trying to walk. I hope she doesn't get frustrated with the shoes. We go next week to get the cast off and get the shoes. I also have a 3-year-old son who has PKU, a genetic disorder, and I have a blog specially devoted to that. It is very therapeutic, and I made friends because of it too! Thank you again!Jennifer Ricehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01723182747275411076noreply@blogger.com
